3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only:
- With service providers that help us operate our services, such as our payment partner and delivery partners.
- Between learners and mentors, as needed to run a booking: learners see a mentor's public profile, and the mentor who teaches a learner sees the learner's name and booking details, including the home address for a home class.
- With an independent mentor who ships their own kit: the delivery details for that kit order.
- When required by law or valid legal process.
- To protect users, our service, or legal rights.
4. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for account operation, enquiry follow-up, support, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Campaign leads that are no longer required will be deleted or anonymized according to our operational retention practices.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we continuously work to improve safeguards.
6. Children’s Privacy (Ages 10+)
Our product is designed for learners aged 10 years and above. For children, we collect only information reasonably required to provide classes, courses, mentorship, support, and related learning services.
- Where required, we rely on authorization from a parent/guardian or another legally valid basis before processing a child’s personal data.
- We do not knowingly collect more personal data from children than necessary for the stated educational purpose.
- We do not use children’s personal data for personalized advertising or behavioral profiling.
- Parents/guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of a child’s personal data by contacting us.

- We keep the consent wording version and submission time to maintain an accurate consent record.
- Campaign identifiers may be supplied by advertising platforms such as Google or Meta. We use them for attribution and campaign measurement.
